$17,600 for the 2026 Alzar Gap program, covering tuition, room and board. ADDITIONAL REQUIRED: a $500 student expense account, plus a $2,000 deposit (this deposit IS applied toward tuition, so it is not an extra cost, but it is required cash up front). EXCLUDES airfare to the Coyhaique, Chile area - this is a remote Patagonian destination and flights are expensive, realistically $1,300-$2,200 from most US cities, often requiring a Santiago connection and a domestic Chilean leg. Realistic all-in is therefore about $19,400-$20,300, not $17,600. Do NOT confuse with Alzar's high school semester at $37,500 plus a $3,000 student account - a different and far more expensive product. Need-based aid is offered and Alzar states many students receive it each semester; specific award sizes are not published. Request the aid decision before committing the $2,000 deposit.
