$16,388 for the 70-day (10-week) Southeast Asia gap semester. Tuition covers accommodation, meals, activities and in-country ground transport. EXCLUDES international AND in-country flights - ARCC's own page flags that both are additional, which for a Southeast Asia itinerary with internal hops can add $1,500-$2,500, putting realistic all-in cost near $18,000-$19,000. Travel insurance coverage is not confirmed as included on this program page; verify. DEPOSIT: $1,000 due within one week of an admission offer, applied toward tuition. Payment schedule: 50% of remaining tuition due 1 June, 100% due 1 August for fall programs. Other ARCC destinations are priced separately. Comparatively generous and unusually well-disclosed: need-based aid up to $6,000 with a stated typical award of $2,000-$4,000, plus additional scholarships that can add up to $10,000. The Voyagers Scholarship offers up to five awards per semester of $5,000-$8,000 to students identifying within the BIPOC community. Ask for the aid decision before paying the $1,000 deposit.
