Program is tuition-free, but STIPENDS ARE NOT GUARANTEED — they are limited in number, need-based, and set independently by each center. Reported ranges: Los Angeles up to $2,200/month plus possible one-time relocation stipend; Bay Area up to $3,000/month; St. Louis typically $500-$1,200/month. Applicants invited to Selection Day are told how to be considered for a stipend. Other centers not confirmed.

A nine-month, full-time experiential leadership program in public affairs, rotating fellows through placements in government, business, labor, nonprofits and political campaigns. The program is tuition-free, but living stipends are limited, need-based and vary sharply by regional center.
