NT$680-730 per teaching hour to start, with annual performance raises of up to NT$40/teaching hour. Additional NT$3,000/month for non-teaching duties (prep, grading). Guaranteed minimum 20 teaching hours/week; most teachers work 22-26. New teachers typically gross NT$60,000-70,000/month all-in. Contract completion bonus paid at the end of the 12 months. Note: pay is per TEACHING hour, not per hour on site - unpaid prep, meetings and admin time are real and reduce the effective hourly rate.
