£20,400 per annum (£1,700/month) for 2025-26, from which scholars pay all living expenses including accommodation. Also covers Oxford course fees, Oxford application fees, student visa and NHS health surcharge, two economy flights, and a settling-in allowance. 2027-28 stipend figure not yet published.
Fully funded graduate degree study at the University of Oxford, covering all course fees plus a living stipend. The US constituency awards 32 scholarships a year through 16 regional committees.
