Two distinct tracks. Foreign English Teaching Assistant (FETA): flat NT$45,000/month. Foreign English Teacher (FET) with a bachelor's degree: NT$62,720-78,045/month; master's NT$69,965-86,820; doctorate NT$73,025-91,420. Also airfare reimbursement, housing reimbursement, insurance, and professional development funding. FETs additionally get performance bonuses and spouse/relative airfare reimbursement; FETAs get TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification reimbursement and transport allowances. 980 positions budgeted for the 2026 recruitment round.
