Free training + GED support + biweekly stipend (~$300 biweekly where offered). Credentials: OSHA-10, NCCER Core, or similar (private value ~$500–$2,000). Must meet income/barrier eligibility.

Federally funded pre-apprenticeship for 16–24 year olds who left high school without a diploma. Free construction skills training, GED prep, and at least one industry credential (OSHA-10, NCCER, HBI, etc.). Biweekly stipend typically $150–$300 by site.
